I went through over 10 failed trials. I trained every day, scored goals, even bagged a hat-trick in one of those trials but scouts kept walking past me. No calls. No contracts. Nothing.
I thought it was politics. So I invested in coaching courses, networked with scouts, and asked them what they wanted. They all said the same things: control, passing, consistency, attitude.
But I already had those things so what's the problem?
Everything changed when I met a coach who game the advice that changed my life and for the first time, I understood what scouts were really looking for. It wasn’t just skill or speed, I wasn't taking full advantage of my unique football IQ DNA, he thought me how to have a complete structure and guidance to success in football career path ways.
